You don't need to arrive with a perfect technical specification. Part of the process is turning your business requirements into a clear system that can actually be built.
You don't need to manage the development yourself. I handle the technical work and keep you involved at the points where your business decisions and feedback matter.

Yes. Projects are generally structured around milestones rather than requiring the entire project investment upfront.
The exact payment schedule depends on the size and structure of the project and is agreed upon before development starts.
The ownership and licensing terms are clearly defined in the project agreement before development begins.
For custom systems built specifically for your business, the deliverables, source code, intellectual property, hosting, and usage rights are documented so there is no confusion about what you own and what you are paying for.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
Yes. Web systems are built with responsive interfaces so they can be used across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices where the project requirements call for it.
The exact experience depends on the type of system being built, but mobile usability is considered as part of the product—not treated as an afterthought.
Yes. Custom systems can be connected to external services such as payment providers, email and messaging platforms, CRMs, accounting tools, APIs, authentication services, and other business software where the required integration is available.
Security is considered throughout development rather than added at the end.
